Resolving The Problem
This issue was originally logged as a defect...
PH10256 DYNAMIC QUERY AGGREGATE ANALYZER FAILS WITH JAVAX.XML.SOAP.SOAPEXCEPTION
but is closed because there is a solution. For the Dynamic Query Analyzer Configuration Manager, change the format of the Dispatcher URI for external application from
http://server_name:dispatcher_port/bi/v1/disp
to
http://server_name:dispatcher_port/p2pd/servlet/dispatch
