Brackets of stereotypes («, ») are shown with an extra character («, »)
Cause
It is because of the 'System Locale' that is set in the computer.
Answer
1. Click to open Region and Language.
2. Click the Administrative tab, and then, under Language for non-Unicode programs, click Change system locale. Administrator permission required if you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. Select the language to "English'
4. Check the checkbox 'Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support
5. After that set the Region settings as follows(the new Windows 10 Settings)
- Region: United States
- Regional format: English (USA)
6. Restart the computer.
