Abstract
Collecting Verbose logs using Tucan reader from MaaS360 Secure Browser 3.1 on Windows Phone 10

Prerequisite
1. Company hub and Secure Browser app should be installed and working.
Follow the steps to collect the logs
- Tap on Company Hub Icon from the home page of device -> You will be navigated to the MaaS360 application home screen page.
- Go to secure browser and wait until Homepage synchronized.
- Tap the '...' icon present at bottom right corner in the MaaS360 Secure Browser app and select 'Send Logs', it will be navigated to compose mail.
- Long press the attachment and select Save on This Device -> Folders -> Documents.
- Click Next, save the file in .zip format with an appropriate file name.
- Connect the device to laptop using data cable and navigate to Computer\Windows Phone\Phone\Documents.
- Paste the zipped file and extract the files to access the logs. You will get a (.)log files in the folder which are your Send logs files for MaaS360 Secure Browser 3.1.
