Abstract
Windows Phones: Collecting Verbose Logs from MaaS360 app (Company hub app)

Follow the steps to access the logs
- Tap on Company Hub Icon from the home page of device -> You will be navigated to the MaaS360 aplication home screen page.
- Tap on settings icon from the above screenshot #1 - > You will be navigated to the Workplace page.
- Slide the phone screen horizontally to navigate to the company hub screen.
- Tap on about link - > You will be navigated to the about details of phone.
- Tap on ... icon present at bottom right corner in the MaaS360 Core app -> It will provide option to collect the verbose logs.
- Tap on "verbose logs" option -> It will open the compressed log file in Word document file.
- T ap on ... icon present at bottom right corner in the MaaS360 Core app - > It will provide the options to save/ share.
- Save the file in the phone with an appropriate name in .txt form.
- Connect the device to laptop using data cable and navigate to Computer\Windows Phone\Phone\Documents.
- Save the file as .zip format (Since the file is in compressed form by default, you need to first save it as a Zip and then exact it to view.)
- Access the <Verbose_log_file_name>.zip file which will contain the verbose log files for MaaS360 Email app.
