Problem
Attempts to install Planning Analytics Workspace fail after running start.ps1
Symptom

Cause
This problem can be caused by using a hard disk that is too slow.
In this case the Hard Disk had I/O Read and Write of less than 100 per second caused the installation to fail.
Resolving The Problem
We recommend using a Hard Disk which has a speed of Read and Write I/O of at least 300 per second to avoid this problem
