Question
When setting up the "Advanced Scheduling" on a time-triggered agent, there is a field for "Hours of the Day", what is the reference timezone that this hour of the day should be calculated from? Does it have to be calculated based on GMT/UTC/local - timezone?
Answer
All servers in IBM Order Management on Cloud are having UTC locale, so it needs to be configured based on UTC time zone.
