Cause
12366 port is not within the valid range allowed for HttpPortNumber and PortNumber
Valid port values are between 5000 and 49151
Resolving The Problem
1. Open the tm1s.cfg file
2. Change both the below properties to any valid port between 5000 and 49151
PortNumber
HTTPPortNumber
3. Save the tm1s.cfg file
4. Start TM1 server
