Abstract
You might experience the following error during post deployment configuration of Db2 HADR (or VIP) pattern:
“SQL1768N Unable to start HADR. Reason code 7”
Content
- You complete Db2 HADR (or HADR VIP) pattern deployment.
- You stop Db2 instance by using the db2stop (force) command manually or in some automated script package.
- You start Db2 instance by using the db2start command manually or in some automated script package.
- After Db2 instance starts, you might experience the HADR start error while connecting to the database by using Db2 connect.
