Action buttons in TM1 Web do not look the same as in TM1 Perspectives

Problem

Action buttons in TM1 Web do not look the same as seen in TM1 Perspectives. The formatting of action buttons is different and text of some buttons may appear different.

Symptom

You will notice that action buttons appear differently in TM1 Web and TM1 Perspectives.
The following image shows an action button in TM1 Web. Notice the action button formatting.

Cause

This difference in formatting is because the websheet is not using Open XML format.

Resolving The Problem

To resolve these differences:
  1. Log in to Architect/Server Explorer, and find a folder that contains some of your websheets.
  2. Right click the folder name and click Convert Excel files to OpenXML Excel format.
  3. Repeat this for all folders that contain websheets.
