Problem
A dynamic cube is set up which is added to one or more query service instances in a multi-server environment, but not all of them. Package routing is enabled and configured correctly to only route requests for that dynamic cube package to servers which have the cube running. Despite that, when executing the report intermittently an error is received indicating the request went to a server where the cube is not running:
XRP-ERR-0004 The Dynamic Cube "<name of cube>" either does not exist or has not been added to a Query Service instance.

Cause
If the package link for the report is missing, the system will fail to correctly evaluate routing rules, causing the request to be sent to any server group. This results in the XRP-ERR-0004 error if the request is sent to a server which does not have the cube running.
Resolving The Problem
Check the properties of the report and ensure that the Source property points to the expected cube package which has routing enabled. If the Source is missing, choose the package again and close the properties to save changes. You may need to clear browser cache or log out and log back in for this change to take effect.
