Troubleshooting
Problem
Users are unable to open the Databases tab in Planning Analytics Administration.
Symptom
Users receive the following error:
Something went wrong! Please try again in a few minutes.
Resolving The Problem
The Planning Analytics Administration Agent runs on port 9012. The error in this technote will occur if port 9012 is not open or is not accessible by the server that hosts Planning Analytics Workspace. To resolve the problem, port 9012 must be opened in your firewall.
