CVE-ID: CVE-2018-0734
Description: OpenSSL could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a timing side channel attack in the DSA signature algorithm. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability using variations in the signing algorithm to recover the private key.

Remediation/Fixes

IBM Tivoli Network Manager IP Edition 3.9 FP4 and FP5	APAR IJ15786	Please call IBM service and reference APAR IJ15786, to obtain a fix.

Workarounds and Mitigations

Only customers on ITNM v3.9 FP4 or FP5 who have Java SSL Collectors enabled may be affected. These collectors are not enabled by default.
