WebSphere Application Server Liberty has been updated to version 19.0.0.4
IBM Installation Manager version 1.8.9
Derby 10.14.2.0
Fix Pack includes the following enhancements:
• Support for Chrome is now available
1. Find appropriately named ImpactDB_NOI_FP16.zip file located in $IMPACT_HOME/install/dbcore.
2. Stop all ImpactServers in the cluster (primary and secondary that run Derby DB).
3. Backup/Remove the existing ImpactDB directory structure in $IMPACT_HOME/db/<ServerName>/derby.
4. Copy the zip file found in step 1 to $IMPACT_HOME/db/<ServerName>/derby and unzip it.
5. Start Impact Server primary, let it fully initialize and start, and now start secondary server and
let it re-sync from the primary.

• NOI: Impact Event Isolation and Correlation page does not load if non-default cluster name is used
(such as NCICLUSTER_Z )
◦ To resolve this issue, perform the following actions:
▪ stop the Impact GUI server $IMPACT_HOME/bin/stopGUIServer.sh
▪ copy or rename the file with the correct cluster name. For example:
• cp $IMPACT_HOME/opview/displays/NCICLUSTER-EIC_configure.html
$IMPACT_HOME/opview/displays/NCICLUSTER_Z-EIC_configure.html
▪ restart the Impact GUI server $IMPACT_HOME/bin/startGUIServer.sh
▪ go to the Event Isolation and Correlation page and confirm the page is displayed without the errors.
◦ Symptom: When loading the Event Analytics configuration page, an "Unexpected token: E" error is reported. Configuration cannot continue.
◦ Root Cause: When the Impact GUI server is running under the Turkish locale, the GUI server is unable to find the contents of the uiproviderconfig directory.
◦ Resolution: Switch to a different locale and restart the Impact GUI server
◦ Symptom: Not all expected groups are allocated to a pattern
◦ Root Cause: The issue happens when > 100 groups are to be allocated to a pattern. The code to clear obsolete patterns was incorrectly in a loop (the loop for the 100 batch processing). So ones which were allocated in the first batch of 100 were being considered as obsolete by the next batch.
◦ Resolution: Fix is available in PG_ALLOCATE_PATTERNS_GROUPS.js (planned for FP17).
◦ Symptom: Suppression totals for Seasonality rules are lower than expected.
◦ Root Cause: The issue happens when many events for the same rule are received at the same time.
◦ Resolution: Fix is available in SE_UTILS.js (planned for FP17).
◦ Symptom: Non-occurrence Seasonality rules are not working. Error in logs is [SE_PROCESSEVENT_NONOCCURRENCE][pool-2-thread-4067]Caused by: org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: ReferenceError: "varStartEndTime" is not defined.
◦ Root Cause:Coding issue.
◦ Resolution: Fix is available in event-analytics.jar (planned for FP17).
◦ Symptom: Non-occurrence Seasonality rules are not working when a delay is specified. Error in logs is [SE_PROCESSEVENT_AFTERACTION][MessageProcessor-Dog#2]Caused by: org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: TypeError: Cannot read property "STATE" from undefined
◦ Root Cause:Unknown.
◦ Resolution: Unknown.

Note 1: If you plan to install 7.1.0.16 from Passport Advantage, the version of Installation Manager on your machineshould be 1.8.3 or higher. Older versions of Installation Manager (1.7.3 for example) will not work, as they do not
support the TLS protocol.
unless the update is done via the Passport Advantage repository!). This new utility is the Impact server Health Check utility!
This utility will perform an overall Health Check of Impact, prior to allowing the update installer to continue with the update.
The utility is also available as a standalone utility; which can be retrieved via the following url:
