Troubleshooting
Problem
While extracting the Audit report from the Audit package, the Dashboard name shows blank.
The column in question is COGIPF_REPORTNAME from the COGIPF_RUNREPORT table
Resolving The Problem
Install V 11.0.9 Update:
The Audit FM model has been modified to extract dashboard/story and package names from the COGIPF_RUNREPORT logging table. Two of the sample audit reports have been modified to include this new data:
- Execute reports, dashboards and stories by package for past 30 days
- Execute reports, dashboards and stories by user
Steps:
1. Download the 11.0.9 update
2. Copy the zip folder to <cognos_installation\deployment>
3. Go to Administration -> Content Administration -> New Import -> IBM_Cognos_Audit
4. Click Next Twice - Check the box Samples_Audit
5. Run the Wizard through as default
