How to view Run Activities and Schedules without being an Administrator

Problem

Is it possible to be able to see Run Activities and Schedules without being an Administrator?

Resolving The Problem

You will need to assign Execute & Traverse permissions at Run activities and schedules level and administration level
Steps:
  • Click on Manage
  • Administration Console
  • Security
  • Capabilities
  • Click on down arrow next to Administration -> Set Properties -> Permissions -> Add your group/role here granting Execute & Traverse
  • Click OK
  • Click on Administration
  • Click on down arrow next to Run activities and schedules -> Set Properties -> Permissions -> Add your group/role here granting Execute & Traverse
