Troubleshooting
Problem
In Cognos 10, from the properties of a report, you were able to add a description field that would act as a tooltip when you hover over a report, you can see the written description but this does not appear to be available in Cognos Analytics 11.
Resolving The Problem
This functionality is not in Cognos Analytics yet but a Request For Enhancement (RFE) has already been raised. You can up-vote it to raise its priority: https://ibmanalytics.ideas.aha
