Problem
Running a Turbo Integrator (TI) process from an action button will fail if you are using IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel 2.0.40 with IBM Planning Analytics 2.0.4 or older.
Cause
This is caused by a conformance issue between Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel 2.0.40 and Planning Analytics 2.0.4.
Resolving The Problem
To run a Turbo Integrator process from an action button, you can:
- Upgrade to Planning Analytics 2.0.5 or newer.
- Roll back to Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel 2.0.39 or older.
- Run the Turbo Integrator process from the task pane.
If you decide to upgrade or roll back your version of Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel or Planning Analytics, ensure that it complies with the conformance requirements outlined in IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel conformance requirements.
