Problem
I'd like to see who has opened a saved output (not ran a report) in Cognos Analytics for auditing purposes.
Diagnosing The Problem
If you look at the COGIPF_ACTION table, mainly these three attributes (COGIPF_OPERATION, COGIPF_TARGET_TYPE and COGIPF_TARGET_PATH) these will show you what was being accessed. Have a look at the below link in the attached URLs section further down this document to understand what each attribute captures in the COGIPF_ACTION table.
COGIPF_VIEWREPORT will also give you information on who has viewed a report, have a look at the attached URL.
