Controller 0: Unexpected Sense: PD = 3:3 CDB = (hexidecimal codes) Sense = (hex codes)
Affected configurations |

The system may be any of the following IBM servers:
- System x3550, Type 7978, any model
- System x3650, Type 7979, any model
- System x3655, Type 7985, any model
- System x3755, Type 8877, any model
The system is configured with one or more of the following IBM Options:
- MegaRAID 8480 RAID Adapter, Option 39R8850
The system is configured with at least one of the following:
- Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, any service pack
- Microsoft Windows 2003 Server for 64 Bit Itanium Servers, any service pack
- Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, EE x64, any service pack
- Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, x64 Edition, any service pack
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, any update
- SuSE Linux SLES 9 for AMD64/EM64T, any Service Pack
Note: This does not imply that the network operating system will work under all combinations of hardware and software.

The problem is corrected in the next release of the MegaRAID 8480 CD version 1.03.00-0225 or higher. The firmware update can be downloaded from the following URL:
