No data will be displayed when the user selects the View Windows Blue Screen button from the remote control window under Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
Note: If there is a Blue Screen event on a system configured with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the Remote Supervisor Adapter (RSA) captures that screen data and stores it in an EEPROM so it can be viewed later by a user.

The system is configured with the following option:
- IBM Remote Supervisor Adapter, option part number 09N7585, replacement part number (FRU) 36L9912
The following network operating systems are affected:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition, with any Service Pack applied.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition, with any Service Pack applied.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Web Edition, with any Service Pack applied.

This behavior will be corrected in a future release of the RSA firmware. The target date for the release is August 2003. Click here to visit the IBM technical support site to search for the future release of RSA firmware. Search for Service Processor.

The RSA code does not have the font information necessary to support the "Blue Screen" capture feature. Microsoft has still to supply this information, which will allow the RSA firmware to support the "Blue Screen" capture feature.
