Resolving The Problem
Over the next 18 months, IBM is rolling out a new Support Community across all products.
If your product has already been migrated, Support Portal or Service Request will automatically redirect you to the IBM Support Community.
If you currently use IBM Service Request or Support Portal and your product has migrated, you can use the same ID to sign into the IBM Support Community, no registration required.
If this is your first time contacting IBM Support and / or you do not currently use IBM Service Request or Support Portal, and your product has migrated, please register and access the IBM Support Community:
1. Register for an IBM ID.
2. Log into the IBM Support Community.
