Abstract
Instructions for replacing a 100/200GB LTO Half high drive in a 3551 NetMEDIA Storage Expansion Unit

If you are field replacing a 100/200GB LTO Half high drive (Option part number 24P2396, replacement part number (FRU) 24P2400 replaced by FRU 24P2446) installed in a 3551 NetMEDIA Storage Expansion Unit, be sure to move the mounting rails from the defective unit to the replacement unit, as these will need to be reinstalled in the 3551 enclosure. If the rail breaks, order the special rail FRU 24P2458; not the normal metal rail FRU 12J5681.
