Troubleshooting
Problem
User is able to connect to the FTPS site, however the below error message is displayed, in the FTP client, after making the connection
Symptom
Error: The data connection could not he established: ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Resolving The Problem
In order to connect to the site, port 21 must be open on the local environment.
In order to be able to access and list the directories content, ports 4460-4500 must also be open on the local environment
