MaaS360 adds support for quick responses, allowing the users to reply to the emails with the predefined responses when they are busy. The users can select from the existing response or create their own responses.
Selecting a quick response
To select a quick response,
Select the flash icon in the compose email screen and then select a quick response.
Adding a quick response
Follow these steps to add new quick responses if the existing responses do not meet your requirements
In the MaaS360 app, navigate to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks > Mail > Quick Template > Add Template.
