Troubleshooting
Problem
When logging out of TM1 Web, the following error is encountered:
IBM Cognos
IBM Cognos
An error has occurred.
DPR-ERR-2079 Firewall Security Rejection. Your request was rejected by the security firewall.
CAF rejection details are available in the log. Please contact your administrator.
Resolving The Problem
01) Open Cognos Configuration of the Cognos BI or Cognos Analytics server
02) Open/Edit the IBM Cognos Application Firewall > Valid domains or hosts
03) Add a reference to the TM1 Web server address as Server:Port (example: serverabc:9510 or serverabc.domain.com:9510)

03) Add a reference to the TM1 Web server address as Server:Port (example: serverabc:9510 or serverabc.domain.com:9510)
04) Save Cognos Configuration and Recycle the Cognos Services
**If multiple servers exist in the Cognos BI or Cognos Analytics environment, all servers must be updated and recycled accordingly
