TM1 Perspectives causing Excel to Crash when used through Citrix

Problem

When using TM1 Perspectives through Citrix, Excel randomly crashes.

Symptom

Excel crashes / closes without warning

Resolving The Problem

Customers who have encountered this problem, have found that the Excel crash is related to a corrupt Citrix User profile.  To resolve this issue, the Citrix User profiles had to be reset.
