Abstract
Custom OMA settings to deploy custom settings on Windows devices

MaaS360 adds support for deploying configuration settings directly on Windows 10 devices without using policies workflow. This feature leverages custom OMA settings and Microsoft's Windows Configuration Service Providers (CSP) to control features on the devices. This workaround allows the administrators to try out the new features before MaaS360 adds them in Secure Policies.
This feature is not available by default. Please contact MaaS360 support team to enable this feature for your account.
To deploy custom OMA settings,
1. Create an .xml file
The custom OMA settings are deployed in the form of .xml files. Microsoft Windows 10 CSPs, sample code, supported values are available in the following links:

2. When the xml file is ready, navigate to Security > Policies > Content > Policy Files > Upload Content.
Result: The Upload Policy Files dialog box appears.
3. Provide the following details:
Available for: Specifies the devices to which the custom OMA settings must be deployed.
Content Name: Specifies the name of the custom policy.
Type: Specifies the type of the policy. Select Custom OMA Settings from the options.
Content: Displays the name of the xml file created in step 1.
4. Click Upload Content. Result: Upload status is displayed.
5. Navigate to Security > Policies > Windows MDM Policy > Advanced Settings > Custom OMA Settings and select the file you uploaded in step 3.
6. Click Save and Publish. Result: The custom OMA settings are successfully deployed to the Windows devices.
