Abstract
Support for new real-time actions for Windows devices on MaaS360 End User Portal (EUP)

MaaS360 adds support for new real-time dynamic actions in MaaS360 End User Portal (EUP), allowing the end-users to easily perform actions such as lock device, wipe, locate, remove control, etc., on Windows 10 enrolled devices. Previously, EUP supported these actions for Android and iOS platforms.
The following EUP actions are supported on enrolled Windows devices:

Prerequisites:
The End User Portal service must be enabled via Setup> Services.
Device Actions
- Lock: Locks the user out of the device.
- Locate: Shows the real-time location of the DTM enrolled devices if the Location service is enabled. Shows the last reported location of the device for MDM, HoloLens, and Windows phones.
- Reset Ownership: Changes the device ownership from corporate to personal and vice versa.
- Add Device: Allows end-users enroll new devices.
- Selective Wipe: Wipes the enterprise data on the device.
- Revoke Selective Wipe: Revokes access to enterprise data after performing the selective wipe.
- Remove Control: Removes the Windows devices from management. This action also removes all MDM data and uninstalls all MaaS360 apps.
- Reset Device Passcode: Resets the passcode of Windows phones.
- Wipe: Resets the device to its factory settings.
- Refresh Device Information: Updates the device information on EUP.
