Enhancements in Apps Inventory (Software Overview) reports

From 10.68 release, MaaS360 includes Platform Serial Number and Device Serial Numberattribute columns to be displayed in the existing Software Overview reports. The 2 new columns are available during column customization for Software Overview reports. 

From 10.68 release, MaaS360 extends support to include Platform Serial Number and Device Serial Number attribute columns in the existing Software Overview reports. The Device Serial number can be either IMEI or MEID.

These attributes are not displayed by default in the reports. The 2 new attributes are available during column customization and upon selecting to display in the reports, the Platform Serial Number and Device Serial Numberattribute columns are displayed in the Software Overview reports. The new attributes provides details around platform and device serial number for the reports that are displayed in the Software Overview.

Customize columns for Software Overview reports 

1. The Software Overview reports are accessible in the portal fromReports>Apps Inventory.
2. In the Software Overview reports page, go to Details Reportsand click Customize. 
3. Select and add the columns you want to display in the Software Overview reports from the list of attributes that also includes Platform Serial Number and Device Serial Number from 10.68 release.

4. Click Applyto save the column customization.

Result: Along with default columns that are displayed in Software Overview reports, the columns selected during customization are also displayed.
