MaaS360 Secure Browser for iOS release notes

MaaS360 will make the Secure Browser app version 2.5 release available on iTunes on 02 October 2018.

This release consists of the following features:

Support to create webpage shortcuts from Secure Browser >>

MaaS360 adds support to add webpage shortcuts to the home page from the Secure Browser. 

Support to add passbook files to Wallet from Secure Browser >>

MaaS360 adds support to directly add passbook files (.pkpass) to the Wallet app from the Secure Browser app. Note: Supported only for iPhones.

The MaaS360 for iOS Secure Browser app version 2.50.26 consists of following bug fixes:

1 31536 The PDF files that contain spaces and Japanese characters in the file names are successfully opened with Secure Browser.
2 31257, 29277 MaaS360 adds support for Window close() method, allowing the users to close the current window in Secure Browser. 
3 31181 The Google search results are successfully accessed on Secure Browser. Previously, the Secure Browser became unresponsive.
4 30879 When the passwords are cached, the intranet sites are accessed without re-authentication. Previously, an authentication pop was displayed while accessing the intranet sites with cached passwords.
5 30083 The videos are successfully played on the Secure Browser. Previously, an error message was displayed while downloading the videos. 
6 32707 Users are successfully able to access the intranet sites. Previously, the intranet sites were inaccessible on relaunching the Secure Browser. 
7 32051 The URLs in the IBM Verse app are successfully accessed through the Secure Browser.
