Problem

Cognos Workspace reports do not render in the IBM Cognos Mobile app when pass-through is enabled and a gateway is used

Resolving The Problem

A directory on the Cognos server system will need to be copied.

Locate the Cognos install folder on your system.  Then copy the "<cognos_folder>/webcontent/icd" directory, to the "<cognos_folder>/webcontent/bi/icd".
