View native calendar in MaaS360 calendar

Effective MaaS360 for iOS 3.4 release and and MaaS 360 for Android 6.0, users will see new options Import Personal Calendars (Show Personal Calendar Events on Android) and Select Native Calendars to Import in Calendar settings.

To sync native calendar events on iOS,

1. Navigate to MaaS360 app > Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar.

2. Toggle on the Import Personal Calendars option.

3. Tap Select Native Calendars to import.

Result: All the accounts synced from native calendar are displayed.

4. Select the desired accounts so that MaaS360 syncs events only from those accounts.

All the events from selected accounts are displayed in MaaS360 Calendar.

Note:

• Users only have read-only access to events synced from native calendar.
• The events from native calendar are distinguished with down arrow.

In Calendar app, users can tap three horizontal lines on top left corner to select the calendars they want to see.

To sync native calendar events on Android device,

1. Navigate to MaaS360 Calendar app > General Settings.

2. Select Show Personal Calendar Events.

3. MaaS360 prompts for permissions to access native calendar. Click Allow.

Result: MaaS360 automatically sync all events from personal calendar and displays them in MaaS360 Calendar app. The events from personal calendar are displayed in green. Users can always navigate to Calendar options to enable/disable the personal calendars they want to view in MaaS360 Calendar.
