Abstract
This document describes how to download and install IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager 6.2.0 using the IBM Passport Advantage website.
Download Description
Downloading TBSM:
- Go to the Find Downloads and Media page on the IBM Passport Advantage Online website. You must log in with an IBM ID.
www-01.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html - Under Download finder options, select the Find by part number search option.
- Search for each downloadable image by part number (part numbers are listed in this document).
- Download all of the parts that you need.
- Unpack each install package into a separate temporary directory on your system.
- Follow the instructions in the TBSM Knowledge Center:
