How are CustomerRedemptionLimit and OverallRedemptionLimit used for pricing rule and coupons in Sterling Order Managment?

Answer

The OOB SCB UI does not provide any option to set redemption limit, however, with managePricingRule API redemption limit can be set by using CustomerRedemptionLimit and OverallRedemptionLimit parameters. Redemption can be set for pricing rule and coupons.

To record a usage of the coupon, confirmPromotionUasage API should be called after applying coupon or pricing rule to the order. The YPM_PROMOTION_USAGE table is populated by confirmPromotionUasage API to track the usage.
