Abstract

This document describes how to download InfoSphere MDM V11.0: Standard, Advanced, Collaborative, or Enterprise from the IBM Passport Advantage web site.

Download Description

Important: Before you start, verify that you have an IBM ID, and that the Passport Advantage primary contact at your company granted your IBM ID permission to access and download InfoSphere MDM. If you do not have an IBM ID, you can create one at the Passport Advantage site.

  1. Locate the InfoSphere MDM parts that you need, both required and optional.
  2. Download the parts that you need from Passport Advantage. If you are not familiar with Passport Advantage, view a short tutorial on Downloading Products from Passport Advantage on YouTube. You can also download the video directly from IBM Electronic Support.
  3. Unpack each of the parts into a single temporary directory on your system.
  4. Follow the instructions to install the product.
