Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to launch ReporterPLUS from Rhapsody and follow its dialogs to set the parameters result in the error "Problem reported by Ms-Word: Error occurred in setting word template file C:\Rhapsody\\reporterplus\Templates\RhapRepDot.dot" when you press the finish button.
Cause
"Trust Center"has been introduced in Microsoft Office 2010 and its recent change on the setting of "Trust Center" may prevent you to use the template .dot file (RhapRepDot.dot).

Resolving The Problem
You can resolve the issue by adding the path to the template file (RhapRepDot.dot)) to 'Trusted Locations' as follows:
- Open Microsoft Word
- Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings
- Select Trusted Locations
- Click Add New Location and add the path to the location of the RhapRepDot.dot file
- Click OK and launch ReporterPLUS again to confirm the error has gone.
