Problem

Planning Analytics Applications prompt for CAM authentication with Single-Sign-On (SSO) enabled Cognos Analytics environment.

 

Environment

Planning Analytics 2.0.4 

Single-Sign-On (SSO) enabled Cognos Analytics 11.0.11

Resolving The Problem

1) Stop the "IBM Cognos TM1" service

2) Go to <Planning Analytics Application Server installation directory>/webapps/pmpsvc/WEB-INF/Configuration/

First take the back up of fpmsvc_config.xml and then modify it to update the  <gateway uri=   /> tag with the value mentioned for ClientCAMURI within the tm1s.cfg file.

3) Start the "IBM Cognos TM1" service
