Troubleshooting
Problem
When users are assigned to a new user group ,they are unable to access reports.
The application fails with :

Cause
This is likely to be due to incorrect version of sscap-auth.jar being used
Diagnosing The Problem
Check the sscap-auth.jar to make sure that is the correct one for the version being used.
Resolving The Problem
Downloading and using the correct sscap-auth.jar from the initial software downloads helped resolve the issue - https://g03zcdwas001.ahe.boulder.ibm.com/software/xl/download/ticket.wss
