Local fix

Problem summary

• Semeru RPM installation fails on SLES with error message nothing
  provides 'alsa-lib(x86-64)'
  

Problem conclusion

• The library names necessary for RPM installation are different
  on different Linux distributions. With this fix, the RPM
  installation checks for either of RHEL or SLES dependencies are
  present on the system and proceeds with installation. This fix
  introduced a change in the error message when required library
  is missing on the system.
  Example : (alsa-lib(x86-64) or libasound2(x86-64)) is needed by
  ibm-semeru-certified-17-jdk-17.0.11.0-1.x86_64.
  Of the two packages, first is the package name for RHEL , the
  other is the name for SLES. Semeru installation does not require
  both packages to meet the dependency, but only the one relevant
  for the correct Linux distribution has to be installed. The
  specific package to install on RHEL on encountering this error
  is 'alsa-lib', and on SLES it is 'libasound2'. In this example
  (x86-64) refers to architecture.
  Multiple dependencies are required to fulfil the requirements
  for executing Java, the missing dependency as identified by this
  error message pattern should be addressed and pre-installed
  before re-attempting the Semeru installation.
