Q - How many connectors can each customer create?
A - Each customer can create 1 connector, which will visible on all environments. Endpoints will only show in the environment that they are created.

A - Each connector can have 6 agents

A - Spread across all environments, the maximum is 35.

Q - If I have more than one agent running at a time, does this create a round robin effect?

A - Yes, the connector agent will retry to reconnect indefinitely at 120 second intervals

Q - Can I enable debug logging?
A - Yes,
1) Open config.json in a text editor
2) Change "LOG_LEVEL": "info" to "LOG_LEVEL": "debug"
3) Save changes and close the config.json file.
4) Right click update.cmd and choose 'Run as Administrator' from the menu.
5) A command window will open with the following message:
"Will update Satellite Connector Service, please make sure config.json is correct. Continue?(y/n)". Type y and enter
