Error description

• This APAR addresses the following:
  * Incorrect output may occur drilling down paths into
    Operational Summaries:
    1. SQL text may not be displayed and unrelated
       database objects may be incorrectly displayed.
    2. Database objects may be incorrectly displayed for
       unrelated DB2 when drilling down in
       Operational Summaries for previous intervals.
    3. Workstation Transaction (WS-TRAN) may not displayed
       for some calls in Operational Summaries.
  
  * This APAR also contains code to address a hole in the
    allocation of the METR block, which may result in the
    following ABEND, caused by the Collector's use of a
    METR block from a prior interval after the interval has
    completed:
