Relative proportional spread fail with error SpreadConsolidationRulesFailed

The issue that happens in this example is that weights of some leaf elements do not match with the weight of their parent consolidated element. Leaves have positive weights while parent cell has negative weight. On every consolidation, the value of the consolidated cell is calculated using the weight that a user assigned to the elements of that consolidated cell. However Data Spreading only cares about the weights of the elements of leaf cells. As a result, Data Spreading takes weights of the leaf elements, performs its calculations and applies changes and adjustments to the values of leaf cells. According to these calculations, if weights of leaf elements in terms of negativity and positivity match with the weight of their parent element, the calculations are correct and Data Spreading finds its calculated value for the consolidated cell equal to the value of the consolidation (using weight of parent cell). Hence it ends up successfully. If these two values do not match due to different weights (- and +), then calculations fail and Data Spreading will not be able to update leaf cells in a way that top consolidated values match correctly.
