How critical is this fix?

New Features

Expiration Manager User Deletion: 
The expiration manager tool now supports the deletion of archived emails of a particular user when the employee leaves an organization/community. Also, in European General Data Protection Rule (GDPR), every EU citizen can request that their personal information must be deleted, which is now taken care by the tool. The user-related email deletion must be an extension of the expiration manager, to leverage existing plausibility and consistency checks.
