Error description
The caPath property of the RestAdminListener specifying a PEM encoded certificate file, or folder containing PEM encoded certificate files representing the certificate authorities to trust when TLS client authentication is required. Older versions of ACE allowed this property to be a symlink, but more recent versions incorrectly reject a symlink with an error which prevents the RestAdminListener from starting.
Local fix
Specify the actual path rather than a symlink.
