Problem
CICS Interdependency Analyzer 6.1 plug-in packages via Aqua 3.3 will not install using IBM Installation Manager.
It is, however, possible to install packages via Eclipse p2 for Aqua 3.3.
Cause
Because of technical limitations, IBM Explorer for z/OS 3.3 will not offer installation packages for CICS Interdependency Analyzer 6.1 plug-in until the technical issues have been overcome.
Resolving The Problem
To install CICS Interdependency Analyzer 6.1 plug-in, the following options can work around this issue:
- Install the package via Eclipse p2. For instructions, see Aqua Download Site.
- Install the package into an existing Eclipse. For instructions, see Aqua Download Site.
