Problem
When configuring the components for Manage using Application Suite Workspace application configuration UI, the new version selection dialog for each component does not show the version number.
Symptom
When configuring the components for Manage using Application Suite Workspace application configuration UI, the new version selection dialog for each component does not show the version number. It only displays "latest" as in the below example:
Of the versions before 9.0.0, or the 8.7.x patches before 8.7.9, the dialog shows the version number of the latest version. 
Cause
It is a change in the internal implementation of Manage operator in 9.0.0 and the patch of 8.7.9 in order to support co-existing of different versions of Maximo Application Suite in a shared OpenShift Container Platform cluster. The displaying of the actual version that corresponding to "latest" known by the operator is removed.
Environment
This difference only applies to MAS Manage 9.0.0 and 8.7.9.
Resolving The Problem
The missing version number in the Manage component's select version dialog does not affect the ability of selecting the desired version of the component. If using "latest" is not desirable, user still can click on "select version" link and type the version they desire. The inconvenience caused by this missing version number is that the user does not readily know what is the actual version that corresponding to "latest" known by the version of the Manage operator without looking up in the release documentation if that information is needed.
