Error description

• When both security discovery and security request recording are
  active for the same task then DFHXSDC is being called in
  preference to DFHXSRR if the task has RESSEC(NO) or CMDSEC(NO)

Problem summary

  *                      discovery is also active.               *
  ****************************************************************
  CICS is running with security discovery active. A SECRECORDING
  has also been created that matches the current task.
  
  When security request recording (SRR) and security discovery are
  active for the same task then SRR should take precedence and
  be called instead of security discovery to record the security
  check.
  
  If the running task is defined with CMDSEC(NO) or RESSEC(NO)
  then security discovery is incorrectly recording the security
  check instead of SRR.  This leads to information being missing
  from the CSV file produced by SRR.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been corrected to always record accesses using
  security request recording in preference to security discovery
  when both are active for a task.
