License Metric Tool application fails to start after upgrading to version 9.2.36 when report subscription is enabled

Problem

After upgrading the License Metric Tool server to version 9.2.36, the application fails to start if report subscription is enabled.

Symptom

The message "Something Went Wrong" appears on the user interface, and the following error message is written in the server's log file (tema.log):
NameError: uninitialized constant ReportSubscription::User
                         const_missing at org/jruby/RubyModule.java:4331
                         next_occurrence at C:/Program Files/ibm/LMT/wlp/usr/servers/server1/apps/tema.war/WEB-INF/app/models/report_subscription.rb:117

Resolving The Problem

To address the issue, please upgrade IBM License Metric Tool server to version 9.2.36.1.
