Error description

  • In ebMS3 specification, the attribute mustUnderstand should be
true in SOAP 1.2. We are using SOAP 1.2 in ebMS3 User messages
and signal messages.
Currently the product sets the attribute to be zero or one as in
SOAP 1.1 but in 1.2 it should be a value of 'true' or 'false'
