APAR status

Error description

  • If an invalid IPv6 address is used in the cluster-node for a
    gateway-peering-group the object will still be operational state
    up even though it should be down.
    e.g.
    cluster-node cnode43-ipv6(10605)
    cnode21-ipv6(10605),2003::153:118:10605
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • A gateway-peering-group should be down when an invalid node is
    defined in the local node list
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fix is available in 10.5.0.12 and 10.6.0.0.
